Liability and Responsibility
You're solely responsible and liable for all of your actions at ResellerHostingSite.

Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall ResellerHostingSite, its subsidiary and parent companies or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, ResellerHostingSite materials or services. You specifically acknowledge and agree that ResellerHostingSite is not liable for any defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of any user.

You must frequently backup all your material and information that you use at ResellerHostingSite.

Free and Upgraded(paid) Membership
Any membership can be modified as ResellerHostingSite sees fit. This agreement applies to all membership forms.

ResellerHostingSite is not obliged to deliver the services associated with any membership. The properties of a membership is what you may expect but not per definition what you'll get from ResellerHostingSite. If a fee is paid for a membership or service then this fee is solely for the registration of the membership or service, no rights can be claimed from it other than registration of the membership or service.

You may only have one free membership, but multiple upgraded memberships at ResellerHostingSite.

Copyright and Ownership
You'll only use material or information that you own and has been authorized by the copyright owner.

The ownership and copyright of all material and information that resides at the ResellerHostingSite computers or information systems are transferred to ResellerHostingSite. Thereby ResellerHostingSite may, but is not restricted to, do the following with the material or information without your consent or consulting you: sell, (re)distribute, remove, copy, modify, hand over to any party.

You must reproduce any material or information when requested by ResellerHostingSite within one month, after you've received the request, that has resided on the ResellerHostingSite computers or information systems

Published Content
You will not use FREE memberships to publish content of sexual or offensive nature.

If you're published content is profitable, you'll purchase an upgraded (paid) membership at ResellerHostingSite.
If the profit of the published content is greater than ten thousand euro per month, you'll pay ResellerHostingSite 1% of the profit every month.

You will report any profits from published content with any membership at ResellerHostingSite without request every month.

E-mail
You will not send any e-mail containing any reference to your website at ResellerHostingSite or ResellerHostingSite itself.

If you do send out e-mail containing a reference to your website at ResellerHostingSite or ResellerHostingSite itself, you will pay ResellerHostingSite ten thousand euro per e-mail with such a reference that is received by any person.
You will provide the total sum to ResellerHostingSite within one week after you've send out the e-mail(s) without request of ResellerHostingSite.

The Law and ResellerHostingSite Rules
You'll only interact with ResellerHostingSite in compliance with the law of the European Union and its members.

These laws contain, but are not limited to, the following:
Data entered in information systems must be truthful and correct.
Unauthorized access of computers or information systems is forbidden.
No actions will be taken that can harm or endanger people, computers or information systems.

If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

You'll not use more resources (i.e. disk space, bandwidth etc.) with your website, than allocated to you.
You are responsible to ensure that your website visitors don't use more than the allocated resources.

You can be denied access to your account and account content without any reason or your consent.
You'll accept any e-mail send from ResellerHostingSite and won't claim it's 'spam e-mail'.
You'll not take any action that can harm ResellerHostingSite in any way possible.
You'll not sue ResellerHostingSite at any court in the world.
