Refund
Policy All our web hosting plans carry a 30 day
money back guarantee. If you are not completely
satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your
contract, you will be given a full refund of the contract
amount excluding setup fees.
Setup fees are refundable for the following reasons
only: (1) the account order is cancelled prior to
activation; or (2) the domain name was not available at the
InterNIC.
For all new Web hosting contracts, the full contract amount
less any setup fees will be refunded if Epaysystems.net is
notified within the first 30 days following activation.
No refund is available after the 30th day.
All
cancellations must be received in writing as per the deadlines
indicated; regular mail, e-mail and fax notifications are
acceptable. Phone requests will not constitute
acceptance of any cancellation.
Refund Policy on
Renewals All Renewals of Web hosting contracts will
be refunded if Epaysystems.net is notified within the first 10
days following renewal date. No refunds will be granted
for notifications received after this date.
Note: If you
pay by credit card, we will automatically charge the card on
file.
It is important to contact renewal billing at least 5 to 10
days before the renewal date to request non-renewal,
cancellation, make any contract length changes and
upgrades/downgrades etc... This will avoid double work for the
renewal billing department and less confusion for you in the
future.
Note: If you
know in advance that you do not want to renew, you can e-mail
accounting@Epaysystems.net
anytime and the cancellation department can queue the account
for deletion on the renewal date.
Refund Policy for Domain Registrations
For Domain registrations, no refund is given on any
length contracts. Amounts paid are fully earned through
the end of the term. |
